2 weeks with the girls and 2 weeks along with daddy too :-)
It is great to have this time to spend with the girls and also pretty demanding.
The age difference between a 2.5 year old and a 6 year
old is pretty noticeable right now.
They have totally different interests alot of the time and I often wish I were two people .
I love to spend time with each of them and do things
but I don't always get it right when all three of us try to
get along with something.
My plan is to do a bit more the work in the cellar room and make it into
a more functional Montessori room
where both ages can find something of interest.
Anyhow the summer has been exiting and varied so far .
Fairy Cakes for all. Kaya handles a spoon and cake mix well !

I made her when she was only 2.5.
S wanted me to take a new picture for her and of course make a flower wreath.
Jet wash is fun!!!! Mhairi loves to help wash the car.
Mhairi is another keen rider and seems very at ease on a horse.
