Packing for a trip

Here we are Kaya and I packing for our trip to camp with nursery.
Her bag is twice as big as mine!  She exitedly packed her princess book
and princess pyjamas and moved on to her next project...

Thank goodness for mum who will get on and pack the rest :-)

Her cd player is her best friend at the moment. definitely worth the investment.
She loves to play her music loud and dance and dance.  Shades of things to come....

Right now she is absorbed in a story about Karsten and Petra on summer holiday while she adjusts the clothes on her most recent princess doll.

Multi tasking is no problem for Kaya as suddenly she jumps up and starts to dance to the music interlude on the cd.  My little ball of energy.

Sunday waffles

One of the best things about Norway are waffles :-) 

Guests from Scotland love the waffles and my sister wants a waffle iron
for her birthday.  With this must come the perfect waffle recipie.

There are so many to choose from ...  Though cardemom is a must for me otherwise they don't taste like 'proper' waffles. 

100 gramms of butter...

2.5 dl og milk

4 eggs

mix it all up with cardemom, baking powder, flour and melted butter..

Warm up the waffle iron ....
