Spring flowers and lambs

Spring in the forest nursery is an exciting time for all!  Beautiful flowers carpet the forest, and all the wildlife is buzzing around us. Having our own lambs is an extra bonus. What an amazing place for kids to go to nursery!

Spring Project continued....

Current status of kitchen project is, floor gone, plumbing moved and ready, and the prospect of a new kitchen is seeming more like a reality.

Think we will be very grateful when we get back our kitchen and normality in the house. 

At the same time it is quite nice to only have one little kitchen bench to take care of in my makeshift kitchen.  Simple is often best.

Bagby house Spring project

Yes Spring has arrived in Norway and as usual we can feel it in our very soul.
This means we have started a new project..... Start date...April 2011.. Yes finally the kitchen from 1985 has left the building and we are now doing all the ground work to put in the shiney new kitchen.  Well, Stian is doing most of the work and I am looking after the kids and try to keep some order in the chaos.

Missed a few developments here when I took the girls to the cinema

but the wall was the next to get it with a little help from a friend.

The garden is also calling for some attention, the beds have been weeded, seeds have been planted and I am soon to plant some new plants.  Survival rate of new additions is not high..  6 months under a few meters of snow is not always to be recommended. Never mind, it is fun to try.
