Guests from Scotland love the waffles and my sister wants a waffle iron
for her birthday. With this must come the perfect waffle recipie.
There are so many to choose from ... Though cardemom is a must for me otherwise they don't taste like 'proper' waffles.

| 100 gramms of butter... |

| 2.5 dl og milk |
 |
| 4 eggs |
 |
| mix it all up with cardemom, baking powder, flour and melted butter.. |

| Warm up the waffle iron .... |
